Lyres Freeth is our resident qualified dietitian. Lyres completed a Health Science degree at the University of Auckland and a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics. For her Masters thesis, she performed an audit of nutrition in stroke patients at Auckland City Hospital. Lyres is passionate about helping people with weight loss and weight maintenance, diabetes, heart and liver health, emotional eating and maternal nutrition.
