Bridie O'Donnell - Physiotherapist

BRIDIE O'DONNELL

BPhty (Otago), BPhEd (Ex. presc.)

Bridie joined HHPN in 2014 and has a background in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy.  Since graduating from Otago in 2007, Bridie has worked with Rugby teams at NPC third division and Senior Premier level, and has additional qualifications in Dry Needling and Pilates, as well as a degree in Physical Education majoring in Exercise Prescription.

Bridie loves a challenge and the problem solving nature of restoring clients back to full function.  She is a strong believer that hands on therapy in conjunction with Pilates not only speeds recovery but helps maintain a painfree lifestyle.

Sarah Kingham - Physiotherapist

KINGHAM

BHSc (Physiotherapy), BSR (Ex.Sci.)

As well as her degree in physiotherapy, Sarah has an undergraduate degree in sports science and loves working with complex injuries. Her strengths lie in sports rehabilitation, and treating those ongoing injuries and pains. Sarah has also completed a course in post natal and pregnancy pilates and has an interest in injuries specific to this population as well.
